Analysis of accessory costs of budget

The purpose of this diploma thesis was to clarify the problematics of other costs of the construction budget and to create its own percentage tariffs for survey, geodetic and project work. The methodology used in the numerical part of the thesis was based on existing knowledge. The basis of all calculations were the budgets of civic amenities provided by the municipal authorities. The result of the work are the calculated tariffs of the relevant works and their ratio to the total ancillary and other costs of the construction budget. The work also finds out what are the most common ways of valuing work in the phase of creating an offer from the perspective of suppliers.

Survey works in the selected cadastral territory as the basis for land consolidation projects

Bachelor thesis is focused on exploration work in the cadastral area Brloh pod Kletí, in accordance with the applicable methodology. The first part is a literature research that deals land cosolidation in general. The next section explains what the content exploration work and how are exploration works addressed and evaluated. In the practical part are already processed the exploration work for selected cadastral area. The thesis contains findings from the field survey of the cadastral area, which includes the characteristics of natural conditions, a description of area and land use. It also includes suggestions for measures which serve to improve the landscape, especially in the areas of transport, protection of soil conditions in the area of water, nature and its relationship to the environment. Work can be used as a basis for a comprehensive land consolidation.
Survey analysis processing as the basis for complex land consolidation in the selected locality

This thesis is dealing with the processing of exploration works according to the methodology of land consolidation in the cadastre unit Borovany u Milevska. In this thesis are analysing natural conditions of area ? especially its climatological, hydrological, pedological and geological characteristic. The part of exploration works is also evaluation of soil conservation, water conditions, landscape and nature, assessment infrastructure of traffic or the economic use of area. The aim of this thesis is to determine all the facts and recommendations for the next phase in the project of land consolidation.

The purpose of this bachelor works is the description of the particular design works for a global countryside improvement of the area fort the cadastral community Bezdekov by Trest. The first part of this bachelor works contains explanation of the concepts and information about global countryside improvements of the area (definitions, forms, intentions and appreciation of suitability of the locality for global countryside improvements of the area). It is followed by rehearsal of necessary activities of Land Settlement Office or adaptor of the countryside improvements defined by the laws, orders, procedure and last but not least by technical literature. In the second part there is described the concrete process of the adaptor of the countryside improvements from preliminary and exploratory works till execution of the schedules of right owners in the cadastral community.
